1. Purpose of Model


A physical mill is based on physical equations. Evaluating the potential of mill control for fast load changes and to model dynamic operation behavior.

2.1 Level of Detail


Referring to Brunnemann et al. [2], this model refers to the level of detail L4 because the mill is subdivided into four main volumes, namely the dryer, grinder of raw coal on the table, flow clasifier and centrifugal clasifier.
